Beginning in January 2023, W. W. Gay was honored to contribute to the renovation of the fifth-floor labs in the Stabile Building at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. This project transformed existing office spaces into new and advanced specialized laboratories, including a state-of-the-art BSL3 lab.

Our scope of work encompassed all plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical needs for this extensive renovation. This 17-month project was successfully completed on schedule in June 2024, further supporting the Healthcare professionals at Mayo Clinic in meeting the highest standards of safety and functionality.
