W. W. Gay was privileged to be a part of the expansion of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority Security Checkpoint. This renovation involved expanding the existing facility to include additional security screenings for passengers and as well as offices for the TSA employees. These security expansions increased the Jacksonville International Airport’s passenger capacity as well as enhanced the efficiency of the security lanes. W. W. Gay’s scope of work encompassed all plumbing, HVAC and architectural steelwork, as well as minor carpentry needs.

This 13-month-long renovation was successfully completed in February 2024.
