Here at W. W. Gay, we are so much more than a mechanical contractor. We are proud to be a one-stop shop where you will quickly find there is not much we cannot do! Plumbing

Our professionally trained and experienced staff offers complete comprehensive plumbing services for commercial and industrial needs. From maintenance and repairs to diagnostic services and pipe replacements, our plumbing services even include camera inspections and high-pressure pipe cleaning. Because things can happen at any hour of the day or night, we offer 24-hour emergency plumbing services to our customers.

HVAC

Our trained HVAC technicians can install, repair, replace and maintain all HVAC systems and parts. We offer custom maintenance services and service agreements according to your specific system and your unique needs. Our preventative maintenance plans can help keep your HVAC system running efficiently all season long. We can even test your system for energy efficiency and recommend energy efficient upgrades.

Controls

W.W. Gay Controls and Integration can automate multiple brands of HVAC, Lighting, and Security systems into one seamless system utilizing the Niagara 4 framework and our partners KMC, Honeywell, JCI and Belimo. This centralized information can be accessed via intuitive Web pages, that provide live monitoring, scheduling, critical alarms, historical data, and energy management dashboards.

Test and Balance (TAB)

W. W. Gay provides skilled air and hydronic testing services which verify the operation of building mechanical systems, improves occupant comfort and promotes efficient energy consumption. We test and adjust the complete building environmental systems and are certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). Credibility through NEBB is a major benefit to building owners, engineers, and contractors, assuring them with confidence that true expertise will be provided. We have several Professional Engineers (P.E.) and certified technicians on staff. Our technicians are all licensed journeymen with at least four years of apprenticeship school. We have been a charter member of the Florida Chapter of National Environmental Balancing Bureau since 1981.

Pre-Construction

Your project is set up for success with our pre-construction services. Our team is involved from the beginning whether it be assisting with budgets, working through logistics or collaborating with the owner or engineers. Our main goal is to develop your ideas and carry it through to the start of construction. Let us help turn your vision into reality, long before your project even begins.

Fabrication

We offer fabrication services powered by the most experienced team of design experts while using state of the art technology, including BIM capabilities that perform clash detection and MEP coordination. This process gives us the ability to create materials in our own controlled environment. Not only do we prefabricate piping, but we also produce complete assemblies in an engineered structured rack, transporting those systems directly to the jobsite for “just-in-time” delivery.

Industrial Services

W. W. Gay’s Industrial Division is made up of many talented craftsmen including millwrights, boilermakers, carpenters, ironworkers, machinery erectors, equipment operators, and instrumentation professionals. In addition, we also offer carpentry, steel fabrication and erection, precast and tilt-up services.
