Project Description:
To allow for the creation of a Hybrid Operating Room, W. W. Gay was selected to modify 2,440 sq ft of existing interior space in Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside hospital.
W. W. Gay’s scope of work began in February 2021 and included removing and replacing all ductwork, installing equipment for a mechanical room, installing a new air handler and new chiller to support this addition. An 8-month job, the project was successfully completed in November 2021.
