Project Description:
To allow for the addition of a Hybrid Operating Room, W. W. Gay was selected to modify 1,168 square foot of existing interior space in HCA Florida Memorial Hospital.
W. W. Gay’s scope of work began in September of 2022 and included all plumbing, medical gas and mechanical needs. The Plumbing work included underground sanitary as well as aboveground domestic water associated with 1 scrub sink. The medical gas work included piping five gases to the booms associated with the OR, one new Zone Valve Box, and a certification of the system. Our Mechanical work included ductwork, heating hot water, chilled water, and the addition of mechanical equipment such as reheat coils and fan coil units.
A 7-month job, this project was successfully completed in April 2023.
