W. W. Gay was selected to aid in the HVAC renovation of seven ORs and associated areas serving the St. Vincent’s Southside community.

Beginning in February 2023, W. W. Gay’s scope of work included the replacement of all mechanical equipment and associated ductwork that supplied each of the seven Operating Rooms. Additionally, new S/R grilles, lighting, hard ceilings for OR’s, painting of walls/hard ceilings & new controls integration were installed to enhance the functionality of the existing OR’s. Once completed, the system was balanced to ensure proper humidity, air changes and pressure requirements for the OR’s.

A 4-month renovation, this project was successfully completed in June 2023.
