W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc. was selected to provide full mechanical installation for the new five-story AdventHealth Celebration Patient Tower (formerly Florida Hospital Celebration).

This addition added more than 166,000 square feet of space and included:

• One floor of post-anesthesia care units (PACU), operating rooms and cath labs
• Two floors of all-private patient rooms for a total of 80 additional patient beds
• One floor of administrative offices
• One floor of shell space for future build-out
• Penthouse

In addition to the patient tower, the pre-existing Central Energy Plant (CEP) was expanded to include a separate 4,700 square-foot generator building.
