Project Description:
Starting in July 2023, W. W. Gay was chosen to renovate 3,200 sq ft of existing space at Ascension St. Vincent’s in Riverside. The space was used to accommodate a new MRI Lab that will better serve our local Jacksonville community.
Our scope of work included the addition of a new fan coil unit (FCU), exhaust fan (EF), heat exchanger (HX), pump, terminal units, as well as associated ductwork and mechanical piping.
Additionally, we helped upgrade the medical gas equipment and associated piping and installed new fixtures and related sanitary and domestic water piping.
A quick and efficient 4-month job, this project was successfully completed in November 2023.
