In March 2021, W. W. Gay was selected to provide full mechanical, plumbing and medical gas installation for the new 47,476 sq ft Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital.

This hospital offers the Saint Augustine community care for patients recovering from strokes and neurological disorders, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic, cardiac and pulmonary conditions as well as amputations. Construction was completed in November 2021.
