W. W. Gay proudly contributed to the 18-month construction of the Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) World Headquarters, a landmark twelve-story, 350,000-square-foot corporate campus designed to support innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. Strategically positioned to offer expansive views of the river and downtown skyline, the building combines striking architecture with highly functional, modern work environments.

The headquarters features state-of-the-art office spaces, outdoor terraces, a full-service café, and comprehensive fitness and wellness amenities, all thoughtfully designed to enhance the daily experience of employees and visitors. A dedicated client engagement center further supports FIS’s commitment to collaboration and service excellence.

Our scope of work encompassed the complete installation of all mechanical systems and plumbing throughout the facility. This included supporting the building’s advanced infrastructure requirements and ensuring reliable, efficient operation across all twelve floors. Construction was completed in May 2023, delivering a world-class headquarters that will serve FIS for years to come.
