Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center Headquarters

Beginning in February 2019, W. W. Gay was privileged to be involved in the construction of the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center Headquarters. Completed in May 2020, this five-story, 80,000-square-foot facility plays a vital role in connecting the local community to downtown Jacksonville from across the city and the broader Northeast Florida region.

Designed as a central hub for regional transit operations, the headquarters supports efficient transportation services while contributing to the continued growth and accessibility of the downtown area. The building serves as a key link between neighborhoods, commuters, and visitors, reinforcing Jacksonville’s commitment to connected, sustainable mobility.

W. W. Gay’s scope of work included the complete installation of all plumbing and mechanical systems throughout the facility. The project was delivered successfully, resulting in a modern, functional headquarters that supports both operational needs and long-term community connectivity.
