Project Description:
Beginning in March of 2021, W. W. Gay was selected to renovate an existing 38,720 square ft of the Mangurian Building at Mayo Clinic to make room for new research laboratory spaces. This space will support the efforts of Mayo Clinic’s neuroscience research team among others. This renovation was completed in December of 2021.
W. W. Gays scope of work included all plumbing and medical gas installation as well as all HVAC piping and equipment.
