Starting in January 2020, our Gainesville office had the privilege of participating in the master plan renovation of the 2nd floor at UF Health Shands North Tower. This project focused on renovating operating rooms, prep/PACU/recovery areas, staff support spaces, and administrative offices.

Throughout seven phases, a total of twenty-one operating rooms were renovated. The scope of work included the replacement and retrofit upgrades of two air handler units (AHUs) that serve these operating rooms.

After 36 months of dedicated work, this project was successfully completed in December 2023, highlighting our team’s dedication to excellence.
