Beginning in January 2021, W. W. Gay was honored to be selected for the comprehensive HVAC upgrade of the Gabriel House of Care at Mayo Clinic. This 30-room facility provides supportive housing for cancer and transplant patients, as well as their caregivers.

Our scope of work included a complete overhaul of the HVAC systems, ensuring enhanced comfort and support for the residents. This six-month renovation project was successfully completed on schedule in July 2021, ensuring improved living conditions for those in need.
