W. W. Gay was honored to play a part in the Catheterization Lab renovations at Ascension St. Vincent’s Clay County.

These renovations began in March 2023 and included:

– Enhancement of the current clean room
– Expansion of the space with three additional holding bays
– Relocation of a holding bay that is now dedicated to tee treatment
– Addition of a new staff lounge and a third catheterization lab

With all of these renovations, W. W. Gay’s specific scope of work included the addition of all associated medical gas, plumbing piping, fixtures & mechanical piping/equipment. Additionally, we installed new equipment to further support the hospital’s capabilities including a new roof top air handler unit (RTU), exhaust fan (EF), a computer room air conditioning (CRAC) unit & terminal units.

A 9-month long renovation, this project was successfully completed in December of 2023.
